- If you don’t want your item or you have changed your mind, you can return an order within 30 days of purchase
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

How do I arrange a return?
Will I have to pay to return an item?
If the items are not faulty you will have to pay a small fee to return your purchase
Can I receive a refund of my return?
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether you are suitable for a refund
- If the item is damaged due to our error, you will receive a new item or a refund
How long until I get my refund?
- You will receive your refund within 7-10 days after accepting it
- If you haven’t received a refund within that time frame, please contact your bank or company. Sometimes processing on their end takes longer
- If you have done all these and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if the items are damaged?
- If your are items are faulty or damaged due to our error, we will fully replace the items
